Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $7.95 for orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Porch and Petal Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, but if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
